1. Application and scope
ZH30 (x) isolated chemical oxygen self rescuer is a kind of closed-circuit structure system protection device, which is based on the principle of chemical oxygen generation through chemical reaction. It is equipped with primary oxygen generator (oxygen candle), fast oxygen generation, low temperature, small volume, light weight, safe and comfortable wearing. It is not limited by the gas composition of the external environment. It is mainly used for emergency self rescue of underground workers in case of gas, coal dust explosion, gas outburst and other disasters in underground coal mine. It is also applicable to work under toxic and harmful gas and suffocation environment It can be worn in time and can implement emergency rescue quickly and effectively.

1.2 main use and scope of application
This product is mainly suitable for the following environments:
A. In case of fire, gas explosion or gas outburst and other natural disasters, as well as rescue team members in case of respirator failure, they can safely withdraw from the disaster area.
B. It can be used in simple maintenance of equipment and poisonous and harmful gas escaping in chemical industry department.
C. It can be used when a large amount of natural gas and other toxic gases are outburst during oil exploitation.
D. For high-rise building equipment, in case of fire, personnel wear to escape and use when waiting for rescue.
E. It can be used by other departments in toxic and harmful gas or anoxic environment.
2. product structure
The self rescuer is mainly composed of high pressure system, respiratory system and CO2 filtration system
High pressure system: oxygen cylinder, oxygen cylinder switch, pressure reducer and pressure gauge, etc.
Respiratory system: mouth, nose clip, breathing hose, air bag, exhaust valve and breathing valve.
Filtration system: the cleaning tank is composed of a clean tank and a fixed amount of CO2 absorbent which meets the standard.
At ordinary times, all system devices are installed in the upper cover and lower shell. The pressure value of oxygen cylinder can be clearly seen through the observation window on the upper cover. There are belt rings and straps on the lower shell, which can be carried on the miner's belt or across the shoulder.
3. working principle
A. Quantitative oxygen supply: turn the switch hand wheel anticlockwise, high-pressure oxygen flows from oxygen cylinder 4 to the pressure reducer, and automatically outputs 1.2l/min oxygen into the airbag after decompression.
B. Manual oxygen supply: press the air supply plate with your finger, and the oxygen enters the air bag at 60L / min, then the finger leaves the air supply plate, and the oxygen supply stops.
C. Automatic oxygen supply: when the respiratory system is under negative pressure, the air supply plate will contract inward and press the air supply rod to open the oxygen supply mechanism. Oxygen will enter the air bag at 60L / min. when the air bag is inflated, the air supply plate will leave the air supply rod and the air supply will stop. When inhaled, oxygen enters the human body from the air bag, breathing valve and mouth appliance. When exhaling, the gas passes through the breathing valve and the exhalation tube enters into the cleaning tank. The CO2 exhaled by the human body is absorbed by the absorbent in the purging tank, and the remaining oxygen enters the air bag. In this way, the human respiratory cycle is completed. Human respiration is completely isolated from the outside atmosphere. If the air pressure in the respiratory system exceeds a certain value, the gas will be discharged from the exhaust valve.
