1.1 product features
This product is a regenerative isolation type self rescuer with compressed oxygen filled in high pressure container as oxygen source. The respiratory system of human body is isolated from the outside world, which can prevent all kinds of toxic and harmful gases from entering the human body, and can meet the needs of emergency personnel for rapid escape. Three ways of oxygen supply make the performance more reliable and stable. It has the characteristics of light weight, small volume and easy to carry.
1.2 product structure:
The self rescuer is mainly composed of high pressure system, respiratory system and CO2 filtration system
High pressure system: Oxygen cylinder, oxygen cylinder switch, pressure reducer and pressure gauge, etc.
Respiratory system:
Muth, nose clip, breathing hose, air bag, exhaust valve and breathing valve.
Filtration system:
The cleaning tank is composed of a clean tank and a fixed amount of CO2 absorbent which meets the standard.
At ordinary times, all system devices are installed in the upper cover and lower shell. The pressure value of oxygen cylinder can be clearly seen through the observation window on the upper cover. There are belt rings and straps on the lower shell, which can be carried on the miner's belt or across the shoulder.
1.3 adopt the mode of circulatory respiration.
The exhaled gas is absorbed by CO2 absorbent in the cleaning tank, and the remaining oxygen enters the air bag and is inhaled into the human body through the mouth. Compared with reciprocating breathing mode, it has the advantages of small resistance, no dust inhalation, no choking, low inspiratory temperature and comfortable breathing.
